Raffle Terms & Conditions
Permits: NSW: N/A, VIC: 10063/24, ACT: R 23/00242.1, QLD: N/A, WA: LS221156523, held on behalf of UN Women Australia (ABN: 23 638 729 775) to conduct and promote the raffle in New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, and Western Australia.

Prizes
First Prize: Travel Voucher (valued at $10,000).
Second Prize: Fiji Luxury Getaway – Flight voucher and 4 nights’ accommodation (valued at $4,500).
Third Prize: Marriott Twin Cities Luxury Staycation – 4 nights’ accommodation in Melbourne and 3 nights’ accommodation in Sydney (valued at $3,480).
Fourth Prize: 2 x SABA Styling sessions and wardrobes (valued at $2,000).
All tickets must be purchased online by credit or debit card, or PayPal.
Purchasers must be residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland or Western Australia aged 18 years or older. Only 20,000 tickets at $25 each will be sold. All winners will be notified in writing. The first name, initial of the last name, suburb and winning ticket number of all prize winners will be published online on Tuesday 12 March 2024 on the UN Women Australia IWD website (iwd.net.au).
All times and dates published on our website, in our promotional material and in these Terms and Conditions are listed in Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) unless otherwise stated.
Publicity
The Promoter may use prize winners’ details for promotional purposes. By entering the Promotion, the Major Prize Winner agrees to participate in reasonable media activities concerning the Promotion and to photographs or video of the winner being used for the Promoter’s marketing and promotional activities (both in print and on the internet).

First Prize Details
Flight Centre Travel Vouchers valued at $10,000. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Flight Centre Terms and Conditions outlined here.
Second Prize Details
Flight Centre Travel Voucher valued at $1,500, 2 nights at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort valued at $1,000 and 2 nights at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay valued at $1,000. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Flight Centre Terms and Conditions outlined here and the Terms and Conditions outlined on each hotel vouchers.
Third Prize Details
2 nights at the W Melbourne with Breakfast, 2 nights at the Sheraton Melbourne with Breakfast. 2 nights at the W Sydney with Breakfast, 1 night at Pier One with Breakfast – total value $3,480. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined on each voucher provided.
Fourth Prize Details
2 x SABA Styling sessions and wardrobes valued at $2,000. *Styling suites in selected stores only (QVB (SYD), Collins St (VIC), Rundle St (SA), Claremont (WA), James St (QLD). Each $1,000 wardrobe must be used in full, at the time of the appointment. Each $1,000 wardrobe to be redeemed in-store only. Not to be used online. The winner to pay the difference amount, should each total wardrobe selection be over $1,000.
Claiming Prizes
All winners have 14 days from receiving our written notification to claim their prize.
If unclaimed by March 25, prizes will be redrawn at 1:00pm AEDT, Monday 25 March 2024 via the website Random Number Generator at 1 Sussex St, Barangaroo 2000 NSW. Winners of the redraw will be notified via email on the same day.
Conduct of draws
Raffle drawn 1:00pm AEDT, Monday 11 March 2024 via the website Random Number Generator at 1 Sussex St, Barangaroo 2000 NSW. Winners will be notified via email and results published on 11/03/2024 at iwd.net.au.
UNWA reserves the right to disqualify invalid entries. By buying a ticket, recipients agree to receive marketing communications and acknowledge UNWA's Privacy Policy. Tickets are non-refundable with all proceeds supporting UN Women Australia's initiatives.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted unless it is determined by UN Women Australia that there are exceptional circumstances such as system failure or system error.
Changes
Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to address any errors or to clarify information and re-published online at iwd.net.au
Excluded purchasers
Tickets must not be purchased by: UN Women Australia employees, its board members, executive team members, and employees who have been involved in the organisation of the Raffle. During the conduct of a draw, if the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) conducting the draw is satisfied that an excluded purchaser is a prize winner, then the relevant prize will be re-drawn. If the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) is satisfied after the conclusion of the draw but before a prize has been collected that an excluded purchaser is a prize winner, then the excluded purchaser will not be entitled to collect the prize. The decision of the UN Women Australia CEO (or delegate) will be final and binding.

By participating in the UN Women Australia Raffle, you are deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
